Description:

BGIS is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Paddington, NSW .
The Facilities Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of facilities under our management. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing vendor relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Australian citizenship is required.
  • Previous experience in facilities management or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, and servicing of facilities and equipment.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenditures, and contracts.
  • Provide support to the facilities management team as needed.
