Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

BGIS is seeking a proactive Facilities Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations at a high-profile corporate site in Sydney’s CBD. Reporting directly to the Account Manager, this is an on-site, client-facing role where you will act as the central point of contact for facilities operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. This is a full-time temporary role with the potential to extend and is strongly encouraged for internal candidates seeking a growth opportunity .
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong administrative background, and the confidence to liaise with a variety of stakeholders. It will require prioritising conflicting deadlines as well as reporting and analytics to meet contractual requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the first point of contact for all facility-related enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and delegate maintenance requests, track KPIs, and ensure timely completion of work orders in the CMMS.
  • Support the Facilities and Account Managers with procurement, invoice reconciliation, and budgeting tasks.
  • Maintain compliance with safety and environmental policies and manage contractor performance.
  • Take ownership of monthly & quarterly reporting and ensure documentation is accurately maintained.
