Our client is a forward-thinking and supportive organisation with a diverse property portfolio. They are proud of their dynamic and fun team culture, where professionalism and discretion are matched with good humour and strong collaboration. With continued growth, they are now seeking a Facilities Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, compliance, and excellent service across their sites.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE FACILITIES COORDINATOR INCLUDE:

  • Experience in facilities, office management, or a similar coordination role, ideally with exposure to residential property and leasing
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities, solve problems, and maintain compliance across varied tasks
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence to liaise effectively with contractors, stakeholders, and colleagues
  • A discreet, professional, and positive approach – thriving in a team that values both high standards and a sense of fun
Responsibilities

ROLE

This is a hands-on coordination role that will suit someone with an Office Manager skill set, someone who thrives on juggling tasks, keeping track of people and projects, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. The Facilities Coordinator will be at the heart of operations: making sure Health & Safety compliance is up to date, liaising with contractors, ensuring facilities run smoothly, and supporting a team who value professionalism, strong relationships, and a good sense of humour. Experience with residential property and leasing would be advantageous, though not essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FACILITIES COORDINATOR INCLUDE:

  • Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance, ensuring issues are actioned swiftly and cost-effectively
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to deliver works on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements, statutory obligations, and company policies
  • Act as the organisational hub, knowing where everyone is, what’s happening across the portfolio, and keeping stakeholders updated
