Mails and courier coordination– sorting, dispatch and manning the mailroom during office hours.
Support to the Facility Manager
Support and perform reception (as required)
Meet and greet all visitors in a welcoming and professional manner. Ensure that relevant safety & security procedures are followed.
Register guests who are not registered and issue relevant security badge, and locker.
Ordering and packing away of office stationery and pantry needs.
Organise printing of business cards and any other printing needs.
Assist with screening and onboarding of new contractors.
Collect mail from the building mail room and distribute.
Conduct monthly inspections of Client tenancy, covering all aspects of the facilities premise’s management services and Health and safety. Reporting all issues to the Facilities Coordinator.
Assist Facilities Coordinator with the roll out of regional initiatives for workplace experience.
Organise the pickup of confidential waste bins, and document archiving.
Undertake other duties and tasks as your manager may reasonably direct from time to time.
Develop client relationships.
Always act legally and within the parameters of accepted business practice. Undertake no course of action that may result in legal action against CBRE or otherwise bring the company to disrepute.
