REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma, or relevant certifications.
  • Experience in administration, project management, or facilities management is a plus.
  • Understanding of building systems, equipment, and codes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases
  • Effective communication and strong customer service
  • Ability to manage tasks with attention to detail and time.
  • Analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.
  • Flexibility to handle changing needs independently and in a team. Strong organizational and communication skills are required, as well as the ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to optimize space and equipment usage while keeping operating costs under control. In this role, you’ll inspect and coordinate repairs and maintenance for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. You’ll also oversee facility operations, manage office moves, and coordinate remodel projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform building inspections to determine inefficiencies and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate facilities-related vendors and contracts across all CCI locations and retail stores.
  • Help to coordinate and maintain access control systems including electronic doors and cameras.
  • Coordinate construction projects including office remodels and space planning.
  • Maintain records and documentation of the facilities’ operations and expenses.
