We are seeking an organized and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Wellington. This role is integral in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, service levels exceed expectations, and client relationships remain strong. Job Description About the Role As Facilities Coordinator, you will: Support the delivery of services under the Master Services Agreement (MSA). Manage contractor performance, ensuring compliance with KPIs and service standards. Act as the escalation point for the Client Service Centre, helping resolve issues quickly. Assist with subcontractor management, invoicing, and accreditation requirements. Maintain accurate systems, records, and reporting (including JDE updates). Contribute to innovation, continuous improvement, and client satisfaction. About You We are looking for someone who brings: At least 1 years’ experience in property or facilities management. Strong administration and documentation skills. Proven ability to manage contractors and build relationships. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook (JDE experience preferred). A proactive, team-focused approach with strong problem-solving ability. Why Join Us?
