Education & Experience:

  • High school education
  • College education a plus

  • Facilities or similar operational experience preferred

Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

The job duties listed are typical examples of the work performed by positions in this job classification. Tasks associated with this role may include but are not necessarily limited to;

  • Complete administrative tasks such as drafting letters and communications as well as scheduling
  • Routinely communicate facts, and instructions, capture analysis or explain solutions using Microsoft use products
  • Perform or direct others to perform general repairs
  • Responsible for audio visual equipment, programming displays or components, and engaging with AV vendors as needed
  • Execute duties relating to the access control systems of the offices
  • Order, receive, process, stock, deliver and/or install office equipment, for office needs
  • Track, receive, verify and process invoices, ensuring all vendors are paid on time and processes are followed consistently
  • Set up, move, and break down tables/chairs to support various meeting room needs
  • Maintain and order office furniture
  • Perform building inspections to ensure office space meet our standards daily
  • Perform administrative duties for document record storage
  • Consistently monitor, maintain or arrange repairs or replacement of all Cafe equipment, including the food, coffee, drink vending equipment, including inspection and regular cleaning of breakroom equipment
  • Provide coverage to the Front Desk for absences, which includes support to arriving guests/clients, and ensuring our guests have an excellent experience during their visit
  • Provide support for regional offices
  • Support safety and emergency preparedness protocols
  • Maintain cross-training with all team members
  • Assist associates during desk relocations/desk setup, including the movement of boxes, light furniture, and office equipment
  • Support the Team in their oversight and maintenance of office equipment
  • Monitor and respond appropriately to the team email distribution list
  • Other duties as assigned
