Position: Facilities Coordinator
Department: Maintenance
Position Type: Full Time
Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm
Hours/Pay Period: 80
Call Rotation: Only as needed
Holidays: Only as needed
Position Summary:
The Facilities Coordinator provides essential administrative support to the Facilities Director and the broader facilities maintenance team. This multifaceted role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can handle a wide range of administrative, operational, and communication tasks with professionalism and efficiency. The Facilities Coordinator serves as a critical liaison between the Facilities Director, staff, vendors, and others, ensuring the smooth operation of daily facilities activities and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the facilities department.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in business administration, facilities management, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years administrative experience, preferably in facilities management, property management, or construction environments.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with facilities management software, work order tracking systems, and digital document management tools is highly desirable.
  • Organizational Abilities: Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities, remain detail-oriented, and maintain high levels of accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • Initiative: Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and follow through to completion

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation decisions are made based off of several factors including relevant work experience, education, certification and licensure as well as internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of their hourly range.
Hourly Range:
$23.80-$33.32
