PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Hammersmith, Fulham, Ealing & Hounslow Mind deliver services across 5 sites in West London. Two sites are wholly operated by HFEH Mind and three sites are run by our partners.
The Facilities Manager will proactively manage all aspects of buildings and facilities maintenance, contractor and partner relationships, health & safety, and security to ensure a pleasant, safe and functional environment for service users, visitors, clients, volunteers and staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

With a commitment to providing high-quality and accessible spaces to a diverse community, a strong working knowledge of the legal and ethical obligations of operating community buildings, and a friendly, non-judgemental attitude, you will be responsible for the upkeep of HFEH Mind sites, this includes maintenance, health and safety, equipment, furnishings and supplies.
