Description We’re looking for a proactive Facilities Coordinator to take ownership of our workspace, keeping it organized, functional, and inspiring for everyone who walks through our doors. LOCATION: Heritage Auctions Beverly Hills 9478 W Olympic Blvd, Fl 1, Beverly Hills, CA 90212 COMPENSATION: $20-$22 SUMMARY: We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our facility, ensuring its smooth operation, and safeguarding valuable items in transit. If you have a strong knowledge of facility operations and maintenance, we encourage you to apply. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide essential support for day-to-day building operations. Perform routine building repair and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and functional environment. Assist in departmental redesign projects, including the moving of furniture and equipment. Help maintain the inventory of facility supplies. Provide security escort for construction contractors. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs or improvements. Apply paint or other finishes to a variety of surfaces, including walls, ceilings, doors, and trim, using brushes, rollers, or sprayers. Other duties may be assigned. Requirements EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong knowledge of facility operations and maintenance. Proficiency in using facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. SKILLS & ABILITIES: Must have problem–solving abilities. Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written High ability to follow written and oral instructions. Great attention to detail. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Valid Driver’s license. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Individuals must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds repeatedly on a daily basis. Must be able to travel up to 20%. Available to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
