Organization: SC - Sansum Clinic Position Overview: Responsible for supporting a facilities management program including the completion of daily tasks and daily maintenance of the program including the interface with related system office service lines and affiliate facility teams. Follows departmental processes in providing support that may include but is not limited to facility management, project management, work order management, conference center management (where applicable), and safety compliance. Job Description: EDUCATION: HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) TYPICAL EXPERIENCE: 1 year recent relevant experience SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Customer service and hospitality services skills handling a wide range of public and internal contact in a courteous and professional manner is essential. Oral, written and interpersonal communication skills including english grammar, spelling and punctuation. Must be able to work independently and maintain workflows with minimal supervision. Ability to make real-time decisions on priorities/know when to ask for help in servicing customers /helping the facility operations overall. Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, maybe Access or Visio) demonstrated proficiency and quick learner for other software programs. Demonstrated Audiovisual/office equipment proficiency or aptitude. Ability to handle information appropriately preserving confidentiality and discretion. Interpret a variety of data and instructions, furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Prioritize assignments and work within standardized policies and procedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Work independently, as well as be part of the team, including accomplishing multiple tasks in an environment with interruptions. Identify, evaluate and resolve standard problems by selecting appropriate solutions from established options. Ensure the privacy of each patient’s protected health information (PHI). Build collaborate relationships with peers and other staff members to achieve departmental and corporate objectives.
