Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily operations of office facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. * Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and supplies. * Monitor and manage facility-related budgets, invoices, and procurement processes. * Assist in space planning, office moves, and workstation setups. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Respond promptly to facility-related requests and issues from employees. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and service reports. * Support sustainability initiatives and workplace improvement projects. * Collaborate with internal departments to support events, meetings, and special projects. * Prepare and analyze reports related to facility usage, costs, and performance metrics.   Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities coordination or office administration. * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
