Your role?

The Senior Facilities Coordinator will assist the Facilities Manager with the overall smooth running of the ILM Sydney studio and facilities.

This role requires an enthusiastic individual with exceptional organisational skills that has experience in what it takes to maintain facilities in a agile working environment including experience with WHS. This role requires someone who is a team player and strives to maximise the team/department performance.

What will you be doing?

- Manage a proactive maintenance program for the studio.

- Manage external contractors’ relationships and requirements and proactively tender and review contracts.

- Alongside the Assistant Facilities Manager, manage day to day WHS requirements including proactive preventative management of studio facilities and managing First Aid and Fire Wardens.

- Assist with planned upgrades or works to the studio

- Assists Assistant Facilities Manager working with departments and shows across space utilisation and assists with any department moves and seating plans.

- Manages all maintenance issues and requests from the studio including ergonomic requirements,
