Role: Facilities Coordinator
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Facilities Coordinator
Customer Service
Deliver excellent customer service to meet client expectations.
Build and develop effective relationships with the client at all levels.
Site Operations
Ensure Issues highlighted through site inspections or customer complaints are resolved in a timely manner.
Support the completion of reports and documentation to meet required deadlines.
Keep accurate and update records of seating plan.
Assist in the management of office space utilisation, including allocation of workspace, desk assignments, and office moves.
Liaise with vendors and service providers to coordinate and schedule maintenance, repairs, and other facility-related services.
Support the Facilities Manager in budget management activities, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
Coordinate workplace services such as cleaning, waste management, landscaping, and other related services to maintain a clean and functional working environment.
Coordinate and collaborate with various teams and departments to facilitate smooth operations and timely completion of projects or tasks.
Oversee general office operations, including inventory management, office supplies procurement, and maintenance of office equipment.
Acting as Quality Rep and ensuring accurate and efficient document management by organising, maintaining, and tracking important files, records, and databases.
Proactive walk arounds of the building to identify key risks, inspecting the quality of client spaces and ensuring exits & walkways are free of obstructions in all areas.
When required due to absence / leave, act as the first point of contact for end-users and stakeholders to receive and coordinate facility-related service requests, maintenance, and repairs.
Supporting with any other reasonable duties that the UKFM or Account Director may need to support any areas of contract delivery.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
