What this opportunity involves: We are currently seeking a self-motivated, confident and energetic Facilities Coordinator to join our client site team in Brisbane! In this key role you’ll be responsible for providing professional facilities services to a multinational software corporation. Here’s a snapshot of what will keep you busy: Operational – You will assist with a range of onsite operational activities including accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, vendor procurement and management and purchasing of materials and equipment. You’ll also conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure building procedures are maintained, the site is kept neat and supplies are topped up. You will coordinate with pantry/cleaning staff to ensure upkeep of kitchen area, top up kitchen consumables (biscuits/nuts/drinks), packing/unpacking of dishwashers etc. Client and Stakeholder Management – This is all about providing an outstanding level of customer service as you’ll be a key point of contact for our stakeholders and clients. You’ll proactively engage stakeholders and develop these relationships. Finance and Risk Management – You’ll assist with financial processes to ensure financial requirements are completed and will also assist with the implementation and management of the property risk management program to ensure the site is kept safe at all times.
