About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and flexible Facilities Coordinator who can ensure our workplace runs seamlessly every day. This role combines operational excellence with people skills, requiring strong communication and stakeholder management to deliver an outstanding workplace experience. What You’ll Do Facilities & Workplace Operations Take ownership of daily facilities operations, ensuring the office is safe, clean, and always ready for use. Oversee vendors and service providers to deliver consistently high-quality services in line with SLAs and KPIs. Carry out proactive checks, including some outside of business hours, so occupants return to a refreshed workplace. Handle occupant requests and concerns with timely, practical solutions and clear communication. Support emergency response, risk assessments, and incident reporting with professionalism and accuracy. Keep records updated and share information openly with the Workplace Experience team and other stakeholders. Event Support Partner with internal teams to help plan and deliver in-office events that foster connection and engagement. Coordinate logistics and vendors (e.g., catering, A/V, space setup), ensuring every detail is in place. Be hands-on during events, troubleshooting and adapting quickly to ensure smooth execution. Collect feedback and suggest improvements to continually raise the bar for workplace events. Continuous Improvement Spot opportunities to improve workplace operations and event delivery. Balance quality with cost-conscious decision-making to drive value. Contribute fresh ideas and be open to new approaches to enhance how we work. About You 3+ years of experience in facilities management, hospitality, workplace operations, or event coordination. Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident in building relationships across all levels. Naturally proactive, flexible, and adaptable to shifting needs. Skilled at managing stakeholders and aligning multiple parties to achieve outcomes. Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and motivated to deliver the best service every time. A bachelor’s degree in facilities management, events, business, hospitality, or related field is a plus, but not required.
