This role is responsible for assisting the Helpdesk Team in managing and delivering subcontractor, engineering, operational & project works, covering a portfolio of 35 NHS buildings across the North West & London areas, to provide maximum value and excellent customer service to Kudos & its client.
You will be responsible for receiving all reactive job requests, raising them into the Concept CAFM system, allocating them out to our engineers/contractors, and chasing tasks through to completion. Other responsibilities include raising PO’s, reviewing and approving invoices, and handling all rechargeable works. Efficient inbox management with the ability to prioritising workload effectively in a busy environment will see you succeed in this role.
