The Facilities Coordinator ensures a clean, safe, and well-maintained campus environment that supports daily operations and creates a positive experience for all building occupants. This role involves comprehensive facility maintenance including cleaning and sanitizing all areas, monitoring building systems and safety protocols, managing cleaning supplies and equipment, and responding to immediate facility needs. The Facilities Coordinator serves as a key contributor to the overall functionality and professional appearance of the campus, maintaining standards that reflect the organization's commitment to quality and safety. Responsibilities * Maintain clean, safe campus grounds including regular waste removal, window cleaning, spot cleaning, and seasonal maintenance such as snow removal and wet weather hallway care * Manage building supplies and inventory including restocking office, bathroom, kitchen, and paper products throughout the facility * Provide event and operational support including room setup, furniture moving, special event preparation, and bookstore assistance as needed * Handle shipping and receiving operations including delivery acceptance, loading/unloading, and forklift operation * Perform facility maintenance and repairs including touch-up painting, ceiling tile replacement, furniture inspection, and general fix-and-repair tasks * Oversee cleaning and disinfection schedules while monitoring outdoor activities such as waste disposal and recycling compliance * Maintain parking lot and site areas including sidewalk care and snow/salt application Requirements * Customer service oriented * Experience with floor care equipment * High School Diploma or GED * Forklift Operator Certification Full Time * Medical, Dental, Vision * Life and Disability Insurance * 401(k) with Company Match * Paid Time Off and Holidays * Growth Opportunities About Us For over 75 years Lincoln Tech has been one of the nation's leading providers of career training in Healthcare, Automotive/Diesel, Skilled Trades, Information Technology.
