Description

We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator (FC) to support our storage facilities.
The purpose of this role is to assist in the handling of our facilities’ physical functionality (repairs and maintenance), asset preservation and capital improvement planning, and help create a safe and efficient work environment that improves business performance. The FC will support the day-to-day facility operations, ensure efficient operation of facilities, mitigate risk and facility deficiencies, and ensure that facilities meet the needs of customers and staff.
The ideal candidate for the role of Facilities Coordinator should possess good communication skills, excellent organizational skills, broad knowledge of business functions, and project management experience. Experience with ADA projects is a must.
This position requires a minimum of 10% travel.
Reports to: Facilities Manager
Compensation Range: $65,000 - $70,000 Base
Location: The successful candidate must live in one of the listed States: Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Nevada, N.Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, S.Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Washington.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to partner with the leaders to deliver solutions that meet business needs through understanding the business, the broader operating context, and the needs of our teams to deliver an outstanding storage experience to our customers.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Construction or Business Management and/or certifications is preferred but experience is more important.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Facilities Management or Operations Support or other related jobs supporting large organizational facilities management.
  • Experience in large multi-unit, geographically dispersed organizations.
