Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

BGIS is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to oversee a portfolio of retail properties across NSW and the ACT. Reporting directly to the Account Manager, you will collaborate with the client. the BGIS Facilities Manager for NSW and ACT and internal teams to ensure service excellence, compliance, and operational efficiency across approximately 80 sites. The role is hybrid, with flexibility, and based in the Sydney CBD.
This role will appeal to someone who is highly organised, customer-focused, and thrives in a dynamic, multi-site facilities environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate reactive maintenance and minor capital works of a diverse site portfolio.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and the BGIS Operations Centre.
  • Review service requests and work orders, ensuring resolution within KPI timeframes.
  • Oversee documentation and compliance using CMMS, SharePoint, and business systems.
  • Build strong relationships with client, subcontractors and internal support teams.
