As a Facilities Coordinator, you’ll need strong technical knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills to manage building operations independently while delivering exceptional client service.

  • Technical expertise - Understand building systems including HVAC, fire protection, and electrical services. Use Microsoft Office suite proficiently.
  • Independent problem-solving - Handle multiple complex issues simultaneously within tight deadlines. Work effectively on-site without direct team support.
  • Professional client service - Communicate excellently with clients and stakeholders. Maintain punctual, well-presented, and reliable professional standards at all times.

  • Engage with on-site tenants daily. Meet their needs and expectations.
  • Keep the site field manual current. Update all building agreements and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety checks. Report any issues immediately.
  • Schedule and oversee maintenance contractors. Communicate effectively on-site.
  • Check essential building systems routinely. Escalate issues promptly.
  • Monitor daily operational costs. Process invoices following JLL procedures.
  • Complete regular safety walks. Report near-misses and incidents through proper channels.
  • Monitor service delivery quality. Document any performance issues.
  • Input maintenance requests. Maintain accurate records in JLL systems.
  • Respond to after-hours building emergencies. Coordinate immediate response with contractors and management.
