As a Facilities Coordinator, you will support the facilities team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks within the facility, ensuring spaces meet operational needs. You will serve as a point of contact for workplace experience and office services in assigned location, delivering an exceptional customer service experience to colleagues and guests.

ABOUT YOU – EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS

  • 2 years of post-high school education or equivalent, relevant work experience
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a first point of contact for all individuals entering the facility, ensuring a friendly and welcoming experience
  • Issue visitor passes and strictly adhere to security protocols.
  • Maintain office and breakroom supplies for the assigned location.
  • Coordinate and oversee on-site events, including activities across multiple teams, setup and teardown of rooms, and delivery of necessary supplies.
  • Support colleagues and suppliers by providing assistance and ensuring smooth operation of location-specific processes.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and order in community spaces, such as shared workstations and meeting rooms.
  • Receive, sort, scan, and distribute mail according to location-specific protocols
  • Track and audit incoming and outgoing mail following local playbook
  • Review and route a variety of service requests and issues from colleagues, contractors, and suppliers using internal management systems, ensuring timely resolution.
