Do you love problem-solving and keeping things running smoothly? We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our Team! This role will join, and work with an existing Facilities Coordinator and report into our Senior Facilities Director. We’re looking for someone with a great attitude, strong attention to detail, and a real interest in fitness facilities and operations. You don’t need years of experience - just a willingness to learn, take initiative, and support our gyms to keep their equipment and sites in top working order. Keep work order notes up to date with all relevant info (order status, tracking,vendor updates, etc.) You’ll play a key role in keeping our fitness equipment and facilities running smoothly by supporting the day-to-day management of work orders, parts, and vendors. Typical responsibilities include: Work Order & Equipment Support: Review work orders to identify what fitness equipment parts are needed Place, track, and manage orders for repairs Process invoices (uploading summaries into ServiceChannel or handling PO/invoiceprocessing in Medius) Place, track,and manage orders for repairs on aging equipment issues Confirm that gym teams have installed replacement parts and update the system accordingly Troubleshoot issues raised in trades work orders or arrange a vendor to attend Operational & Admin Tasks: Support the management of our Facilities Field Tech inventory Follow up ith vendors or our internal team on aging equipment issues PO/invoice processing in Medius) Keep ServiceChannel updated with staffing changes across gym locations Requirements The Person We aren’t looking for someone with a ton of experience as mindset and willingness to learn is key.
