SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in a construction related field preferred
• Capable of supporting a number of projects concurrently
• Understanding of retail operations is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external parties, forming strong relationships
• Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time
• Strong problem solving skills with ability to identify opportunities
• Flexible and able to work under pressure whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Well versed with Microsoft Office, Excel and Project software

We’re looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our global property team. Reporting into the Head of Construction, you will track project progress, coordinate maintenance requirements (including managing costs and invoices) and clearly communicate to our teams that issues are being addressed. Your strong relationships with business partners, consultants, contractors, local authorities, landlords and key stakeholders, will enable you to ensure retail spaces are on brand, fit for purpose and delivering for customer.
