Role Summary: Handles day‑to‑day technical facility operations, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of building systems while guiding technicians to ensure smooth and safe functioning of all equipment. Key Responsibilities Execute and supervise daily technical operations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, UPS, DG, fire systems). Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance as per schedules. Monitor critical equipment parameters and maintain logs/checklists. Coordinate with vendors/AMCs for specialized maintenance and timely issue closure. Respond to technical complaints and resolve faults efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory guidelines. Assist in energy management and upkeep of documentation/reports.
