Department: Facilities
Reports To: Facilities Manager
Status: Non-Exempt | Full-Time | Approx. 4–6 Weeks

We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, detail-loving, team-spirited individual to help us keep our branches and offices safe, secure, and humming with positive energy. This is a temporary gig, but your impact will be long-lasting!

Responsibilities
  • Supporting our facilities operations with everything from maintenance scheduling to vendor coordination.
  • Keeping our buildings in tip-top shape-HVAC, plumbing, fire/life safety, and more.
  • Managing work orders, security procedures, and document imaging like a pro.
  • Helping with space planning, office setups, and making sure our workspaces are functional and fabulous.
  • Ordering supplies, refreshments, business cards, and name badges (yes, you’ll be the hero behind the scenes!).
  • Operating office machines and tools-think mail machine, copier, ladder, drill.
  • Tracking projects, budgets, and maintenance schedules.
  • Being the go-to person for outgoing mail, shared calendars, and temporary access cards.
