Job Title: Facilities Coordinator
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £28,000 – £34,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work on a rota .
We’re recruiting for a highly organised and confident Facilities Coordinator to support the delivery of facilities services across a large student accommodation portfolio in Birmingham, covering over 3,600 student rooms.
This role is all about keeping operations tight and on track behind the scenes – managing systems, suppliers, schedules, compliance records, and the day-to-day admin that keeps the facilities team running efficiently. You’ll be based on-site and work closely with the Facilities Manager, Facilities Team Leaders, and senior managers across multiple buildings.
