The role involves ensuring smooth office operations, fleet management and general facilities support.  What kind of work will you be doing? * Implement a facilities helpdesk to improve the service provided for the smooth operations of the office. All helpdesk requests will then flow through the system to address matters relating to the office, meeting room bookings, fleet, stationery orders and logistics in a timely manner. * Maintaining office supplies across facilities in Croatia * Liaising with HR to allocate parking where necessary * Prepare meeting rooms for hospitality as necessary * Manage procurement of office supplies (raising purchase requisitions, purchase orders and invoice approval) * Issue the Physical Security passes, recording all details accurately and in accordance with Vertiv policies and GDPR regulations * Manage Record Retention of all paper documents in accordance with the Companies policies and GDPR regulations * Liaise with EHS to ensure the office follows all health and safety regulations (both country and additional for Vertiv as applicable), including act as fire warden and/or first aider * Manage any building maintenance as applicable, and regular liaison with the management company / landlord * Include general management of all assets within facilities (excluding plant machinery) * Assist with any project execution including asset purchase * Fleet Management, support drivers as needed from order to delivery and enforce company policy * Proactively seeking cost saving initiatives  Qualifications: * Proficiency in English and Croatian (written and spoken) * Previous administrative support experience is an advantage, but not required * Excellent Customer Service, a level-headed but assertive attitude with a passion to consistently deliver high quality * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Positive attitude, adaptability, and strong decision-making capabilities * Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments efficiently * Capacity to work independently  * Proficiency in MS Office applications  What do we offer? * Access to internal training and external development opportunities * Coverage of public transportation costs * UNIQA supplementary health insurance for added security * Special occasion bonuses (Easter, Christmas, performance-based rewards, and child-related bonuses) * Free annual health check-up to support your well-being (Croatia Osiguranje) * Opportunity to sign up for a Multisport card for an active lifestyle * Fresh fruit delivered 2 times per week for a healthy start to the week * Referral bonuses as a thank-you for helping us grow our team * Financial support for new parents with a non-taxable baby bonus * Assistance in difficult times with a non-taxable allowance for the loss of an immediate family member * Professional development through mentorship and training * International teams and dynamic environment * Contribution to projects of high technical complexity with modern technical challenges * Full creative and professional freedom * Flexible working hours * Positive, casual, friendly, team-based working atmosphere * Focus on competence development If YOU are the person we are looking for, feel free to apply and let's start drafting your future career into a healthy and growing environment!
