This longterm partnership reflects Downer’s strength in managing large, complex portfolios and delivering highquality services at scale.    We currently have an opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join our workforce and play a key role in supporting the effective and efficient management of properties across Stockland’s national portfolio, with multiple positions available to support various sites across the state.  Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes for our client and our communities.    What You’ll Do   This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:  * Coordinate day‑to‑day facilities operations and maintenance activities across assigned sites  * Liaise with contractors to schedule, supervise and quality‑check works  * Maintain asset registers, maintenance schedules and compliance documentation  * Respond to tenant enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner  * Support health, safety and emergency response activities on site    What You’ll Bring   * Experience in facilities, property or asset management environments  * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities  * Sound knowledge of WH&S and compliance requirements  * Confident communication skills with contractors and stakeholders  * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer‑based scheduling systems    More than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.    Why Downer?  At Downer, we plan, create, and sustain essential public services across Australia and New Zealand.
