Description Location: Sparks, NV Department: Facilities Status: Full-Time | Non-Exempt Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts, 10am - 6pm (may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed) Opening: 1 Join New Deantronics! Requirements What We’re Looking For Ability to work independently or as part of a team Comfortable using hand tools and basic maintenance equipment Flexible and able to adapt to changing tasks or priorities General understanding of facility upkeep and basic maintenance Strong time management and task prioritization skills Clear and effective communication (verbal and written) High school diploma or equivalent At least 18 years of age Strong attention to detail Previous custodial, janitorial, or facilities experience is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and use hands frequently Lift and move up to 50 pounds on occasion Work performed primarily indoors, with occasional outdoor tasks in varied weather May require use of ladders or scissor lifts Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required for certain cleaning or maintenance tasks

Responsibilities

The Facilities Custodian is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing common areas, emptying trash and recycling, and assisting with light maintenance tasks. This role also supports event setup and takedown and performs related duties as needed.
