We invite you to join our Facilities team, where you will be essential to the effective operation of our company. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining critical building systems, addressing unforeseen issues, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment on a daily basis. Primary Responsibilities: Efficient Response & Preventative Maintenance Promptly address maintenance requests across multiple locations to minimize downtime and ensure seamless facility operations. Conduct regular preventative maintenance inspections to proactively identify and resolve potential issues. Develop and implement maintenance procedures across all locations to standardize quality and efficiency. Equipment & Budget Management Monitor equipment and facility inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations. Track maintenance expenses and ensure cost-effective operations. Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities. Safety, Security & Issue Reporting Monitor facilities for irregularities, hazards, or equipment malfunctions and coordinate timely resolutions. Ensure adequate security measures are in place across all locations to protect company assets and personnel. Project Management & Facility Development Lead construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects from planning through implementation. Contribute to strategic upgrades that enhance safety, efficiency, and sustainability across the organization. Process Improvement & Resource Stewardship Initiate and support continuous improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency and facility effectiveness. Demonstrate responsible use and management of tools, equipment, and company resources to support long-term asset health. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. 5+ years of experience in facility or building maintenance required. 3+ years of leadership experience Ability to troubleshoot and repair advanced facility-related issues. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Advanced computer skills for maintenance reporting. Reliable ability to travel to multiple locations.
