Roles and Responsibilities of Facilities Development Assistant Manager:

• Plan and develop healthcare infrastructure facilities
• Manage projects from proposal stage through to completion
• Prepare master plans and budget proposals
• Conduct conceptual planning and feasibility studies
• Oversee design development and coordination
• Prepare and evaluate tender documents
• Supervise construction activities and ensure project delivery

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Architecture
• Experience in facilities development projects
• Experience in Autocad drawings
• Experience in healthcare industry
