EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in facilities management, building operations, or campus infrastructure leadership.
  • Proven experience managing construction, renovation, or campus transition projects from planning through execution.
  • Demonstrated success in overseeing diverse teams and external contractors in a multi-use, high-traffic facility environment (preferably education or nonprofit sector).

LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT SKILLS

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent project management, budgeting, and capital planning capabilities.
  • Able to prioritize competing needs and respond calmly and effectively in urgent situations.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Physically able to inspect buildings, respond to emergencies, and occasionally assist with hands-on tasks.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support school operations and facility needs.
