JOB SUMMARY:

The Facilities Engineer is responsible for the effective operation, maintenance, and improvement of the building’s systems, equipment, and infrastructure. This role ensures that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, as well as civil and safety aspects, are operating efficiently and in compliance with applicable regulations. The Facilities Engineer will also support preventive and corrective maintenance programs, contractor supervision, and facility improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities or building maintenance engineering.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building management systems (BMS), and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software.
• Strong communication and contractor management skills.
