Requirements & responsibilities: * Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management as a Supervisor or Engineer, with proven experience in handling multiple VIP villa projects. * Strong knowledge of MEP systems, preventive and reactive maintenance, and AMC coordination. * Capable of managing day-to-day operations, vendor coordination, and team supervision. * Experienced in handling client communications, particularly in high-profile/VIP environments, ensuring service quality, confidentiality, and timely issue resolution. * Familiar with CAFM systems, reporting, and compliance with HSE and local regulations. * Ability to manage multiple sites, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain high service standards.
