Description

Bachelors in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering Maintenance & Operations: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety. Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues in a timely manner. Project Management: Plan, budget, and manage facility-related projects, such as renovations, installations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Vendor & Contractor Management: Supervise and coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality work and adherence to contracts. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, local building codes). Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments. Budgeting & Cost Control: Assist in developing and managing the facilities budget. Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies. Client relationships and management : The candidate should effectively communicate and interact with clients Also, have a capacity direct reports to Director and community managers.
