We are seeking a Facilities Engineer to join our team and help maintain a high-standard manufacturing environment while ensuring operational excellence. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our facility systems, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. You will play a key role in facility improvement projects, risk management, and supporting daily operations.

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

MSc or BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or a related field).
3-5+ years in facilities engineering, preferably in microelectronics or cleanroom environments.
Strong technical understanding of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, etc.).
Ability to manage installation and maintenance projects.
Proficiency in CAD software and Building Management Systems (BMS) (a plus).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
