We are looking for a talented Facilities Engineer- Manager to join our team specializing in Facilities for our Corporate organization in Seymour, IN.    In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:   * Ensure reliable, efficient facility operations by overseeing critical building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and structural), minimizing downtime and disruptions. * Lead complex renovation and infrastructure projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality across MEP and structural disciplines. * Drive operational excellence by managing repairs and maintenance initiatives that extend asset life and reduce long-term costs. * Strengthen vendor performance by overseeing contractors, ensuring adherence to safety, compliance, and project standards. * Enhance team capability by training and mentoring Facilities Engineers and technicians on advanced maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices. * Build a high-performing team by providing leadership and direction to Facilities Engineers and technical staff, fostering accountability and continuous improvement. * Improve safety and compliance by reinforcing adherence to regulatory requirements and facility safety standards across all operations. * Optimize facility performance and business continuity by proactively identifying risks, implementing preventative maintenance strategies, and driving continuous improvement efforts.
