Description

Ensure the smooth functioning and upkeep of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Plan and coordinate construction, renovations, and maintenance projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Develop and put into action rigorous safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine facility requirements and develop innovative solutions. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Apply proven project management skills to successfully implement facility upgrades and improvements. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a similar area. A minimum of 3 years' experience in facility management or a comparable position. Solid understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Strong project management expertise demonstrated by successfully managing several projects concurrently. Demonstrated history of effectively carrying out facility upgrades and improvements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to consistently follow safety protocols and procedures. Proficiency with facility management software and tools.
