RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise FM operations including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
• Conduct inspections and manage preventive maintenance
• Coordinate with technicians and clients
• Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering
• 1+ year experience in FM field
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual preferred (Arabic & English)

BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR (ADMIN)RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare service proposals, business plans, and quotations
• Coordinate between operations and management
• Maintain organized records of contracts and client files

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Administration
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
