QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years or more of related experience in oil and gas projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in an engineering discipline.
• Proven project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player within a multidisciplinary environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of the current codes, standards and regulatory requirements associated with oil and gas facility-related projects in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
• Must be willing and able to travel within Alberta and Saskatchewan on a regular basis.

• Lead and manage full project lifecycle including scope development, planning, detailed design, and execution for Single and Multi-Well Batteries installations, emissions reduction projects, compressor modifications, and facility debottlenecking.
• Provide direct field support during construction, commissioning, and start-up to ensure safe, efficient execution.
• Coordinate schedules, cost tracking, regulatory requirements, and drawings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support field operations by troubleshooting day to day facility issues and driving the management of change (MOC) process.
• Evaluate and implement facility process improvements to enhance performance and reliability.
