Description
Responsible for the operation, maintenance, modification and replacement works of the building’s mechanical and electrical systems and also for the improvement of various systems in the factory. Support the Facility Manager in all facility management activities carried out in accordance with site processes and requirements. Coordinate maintenance activities for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control. Ensure that safety regulations within the premises, including security, fire safety and parking facilities for vehicles are complied within standards Support Facilities Manager on annual budget for repairs or improvement work. Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager. Support and participate in company continuous improvement program. Diploma in Building Services Engineering or Facility Management Certified Work at Height/Confirned Space for Safe Entry and Work Communicate clearly with contractors and vendors Proficient in Microsoft Office
