  One of the UK’s largest and most successful Facilities Management (FM) providers, are looking to develop their Engineering resource aligned against their client’s Healthcare facility.
  This is a Hard and Soft services account with M&E delivered across much of the site, which is a mental health institution, designed to accommodate those with mental health challenges serious enough to be hospitalised.
  This includes a Dementia Ward and specialist facility for those with Learning Disabilities.
  To provide effective care, it is critical the FM Service provider deliver a robust and consistent M&E service, maintaining a myriad of assets and systems across the estate, while remaining mindful of any disruption to patients and staff.
  Here, you will lead an Engineering team who work across PPM, and Reactive repairs, manage their work effectively, ensure H&S, technical compliance, ensure 3rd party sub contractor delivery and maintain a close working relationship with the customer.
  This is a fantastic role for a confident Facilities Technical Lead looking to advance their career within Healthcare and become familiar with the industry specific regulations.
