Learn more about our Facilities Field Technician position: The Facilities Field Technician is responsible, with the assistance of the facilities team, for the hands-on general upkeep and maintenance of all OEM facilities, including all Orthodontic Experts clinic locations, as well as the Headquarters and off-site storage locations. These duties include preventative maintenance, as well as swift responses to issues submitted by staff. Tasks include but are not limited to: Hands-on resolution of facility issues: Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall, Painting, etc. Maintenance and repair of orthodontic equipment (training to be provided as needed) Contracting and scheduling of issue resolution in situations where immediate hands-on repair is not an option Evaluation and investigation of facility issues, including communicating with staff and outside vendors Clear and concise communication with the team through multiple channels, including email, chat, and phone Accurate record-keeping on all repairs and improvements, including maintenance of a master database and invoice tracking Other tasks as assigned.
