Description
Enforce compliance with safety procedures, including PPE use, lockout/tagout (CoHE), chemical handling, and job hazard analyses (JHA/JSA). Respond quickly to safety and quality issues, report EHS concerns within 24 hours, and lead audits and incident investigations. Identify and implement improvements to reduce hazards, enhance quality, increase efficiency, and support cost-saving initiatives. Support system installations, audits, data collection, and troubleshooting; lead lessons learned activities in area of expertise. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, share updates on priorities and changes, and promote collaboration across teams and shifts. Follow change control processes, ensure documentation meets standards, and clearly communicate equipment or process changes. Apply technical knowledge to solve problems, manage multiple tasks, lead projects, and effectively communicate complex information. AA degree, or equivalent experience. 2 years of leadership experience 2+ years of project or program management experience 2+ experience maintaining manufacturing equipment, automation, and/or technical military experience. Bachelor's degree or relevant experience 4+ years of gas or chemical delivery systems field experience 4+ years of project or program management experience 4+ years' experience in maintaining manufacturing equipment, automation, and/or technical military experience.
