Description
Adhere to all site standards for safety, environment, security, quality, and housekeeping. Perform safety analyses (JHA) and proactively report EHSS-related concerns or incidents. Complete daily Maximo and SAP tasks, including work order entries, status updates, and accurate time accountability. Maintain clean and orderly work areas and participate in reducing safety hazards or environmental releases. Research, order, and manage parts using systems like MATREQ and Reqit. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain gas/chemical equipment and systems using diagnostic tools. Collect chemical samples, deliver them to the lab, and interpret results to ensure specifications are met. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, including repairs and replacements. Flexible with job responsibilities and shift assignments including night shift Skills in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and InfoPath), Maximo, Reqit, Matreq and Train Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off) with the need to stand the entire shift and lift equipment Background in mechanical and/or chemical Education in industry related associate degree; working towards a STEM related degree; equivalent military training and experience; equivalent work experience A shown understanding of industrial facilities systems and inter-related subject areas Applied proficiency in mechatronics, robotics, fundamentals of electricity, technical writing, electrical power and machinery, or statics Prior semiconductor experience
