Summary: Performs general maintenance. May have expertise in a trade. Preferred Plumbing experience. Essential Duties: Completing preventive maintenance. Keeping all equipment in working order. Responsible for repair or alteration of existing structures. Responsible for completing all repair work. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Education and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed): One (1) year previous maintenance experience. Ability to repair machinery. Previous plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and structures. Ensure all facility equipment remains in proper working order.
