JOB DESCRIPTION

Cascadia Getaways is hiring a hands-on Facilities & Housekeeping Manager to lead operations at our Sand & Sea property in Seaside, OR. This role combines team leadership with direct involvement in inspections, light maintenance, and vendor coordination.
You will ensure the property is clean, functional, and guest-ready at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years in hospitality, property management, or facilities leadership.
  • Skilled in light maintenance and property inspections.
  • Strong vendor management and scheduling experience.
  • Proficient with QuickBooks Workforce, EZCare, or similar systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise housekeeping and maintenance teams for Sand & Sea.
  • Create and manage cleaning & maintenance schedules in QuickBooks Workforce.
  • Perform housekeeping inspections and light repairs as needed.
  • Coordinate vendors for repairs, seasonal work, and deep cleans.
  • Track and replenish cleaning and maintenance inventory.
  • Respond to on-site guest issues quickly and professionally.
  • Serve as on-call contact for after-hours emergencies.
