Assist in sourcing low-value items (under 1K USD) for the new renovation project (CAPEX). Liaise with vendors for pantry and stationery movement at TLPMY and TLPTH. Assist with meeting room arrangements. Monitor and track project timelines. Conduct inventory checks for pantry and stationery supplies. Manage Zurich building management tasks (form submissions). Assist with DBKL business license application. Handle TNB and Syabas application work. Track payment-related matters. Projects: Monitor vendor work progress and provide daily reports. Check construction and fixture materials to ensure accuracy with the Bill of Quantity (BQ) Learning Opportunities Gain hands-on experience in Facilities Management operations. Learn about the implementation of expansion and improvement plans in the facilities domain. Understand how administrative work is managed in a corporate setting. Educational Background: Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. Management: Business Management, Project Management, or Building/Facilities Management. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
