Job Details Job Location: 520 N Columbus Blvd - Philadelphia, PA 19123 Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Facilities and IT Support Assistant. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities while also providing valuable assistance to our IT team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to gain experience in both facilities management and IT support. Key Responsibilities: Facilities Support: Assist with general maintenance tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and ensuring the overall tidiness of the office environment. Perform routine inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs. Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed. Assist in coordinating office moves, furniture arrangements, and setups for meetings or events. Handle incoming deliveries and shipments, including sorting and distributing mail and packages. IT Support: Provide basic technical support to employees on hardware and software-related issues. Assist with setting up workstations, including installing software and connecting peripherals. Troubleshoot common IT problems and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate IT personnel. Assist in maintaining IT inventory, including tracking equipment and ordering supplies. Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications Qualifications: Prior experience in facilities management or a related field preferred. Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and moving equipment. Flexible schedule with availability to work part-time hours as needed.
